Over the years, we have specialized in the precise weighing of tanks, silos, hoppers, large structures, and conveyors. Weighing large silos is a specialized field, particularly with regard to safety. We offer tailored solutions.

For all these applications, we carry load cells, mounting hardware, junction boxes, indicators, and dosing systems. Logicontrol maintains a substantial inventory of load cells and components.

Dynamic Weighing.

Weighing, dosing, totaling, and recording flow rates using conveyor belts, augers, impact plates, and dosing systems is the second area in which we specialize. This is an area where support is particularly important—not only for the weighing system itself, but especially for the design of your specific application. The design of your application has a major influence on the final result.

Load cells and weighing sensors.

Logicontrol maintains a large inventory of sensors. We have been supplying the Belgian industrial sector for over 50 years, often through distributors. It is therefore highly likely that we have the sensor you’re looking for in stock.

On our website, we showcase the most important and commonly used models to provide a clear overview. Other, less common sensors are also available but not displayed. Everything you see on our website is generally in stock.

We often have an alternative in stock for sensors that you cannot find in stock elsewhere or that are simply no longer available. In most cases, customers can use them without making any modifications.

Mounting Brackets.

If there’s one thing that makes all the difference, it’s the mounting brackets. They play a crucial role during installation. The brackets are mounted without the force sensor, and the hopper is positioned in its final location. Later, the load cell is inserted into the bracket without having to disassemble anything. This procedure ensures that the load cell is positioned perfectly. By following this method, maximum accuracy is achieved and maintained over the long term. Furthermore, the brackets play an important role in the safety of the equipment and also protect the load cells from lateral impacts.

Indicators, converters & accessories.

Logicontrol offers a range of indicators, converters, and dosing controllers. The instruments are designed for DIN rail mounting, panel mounting, or wall mounting. Several models are made of stainless steel and feature a protection rating of up to IP 68. Several models are equipped with ATEX options for gas and dust environments.

Our lineup ranges from simple models that convert weight to 4–20 mA, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet, or Modbus signals to much more comprehensive, programmable models equipped with touchscreens, Wi-Fi, and much more.

We also offer painted aluminum or stainless steel junction boxes for both ATEX and non-ATEX zones.

Scales.

We offer a unique line of robust and reliable scales. They can be custom-designed to suit your specific application. If necessary, we can develop and design a custom model tailored to your needs.
